Trying to make atomically correct nudes

How do you make genitals, nipples, and an anus?

Add some uranium. 
I will assume you meant 'anatomically'...
For Alpha 3b:
Click the 'details' button. Select the pelvic region (it will glow green). Drag up for male genitalia and down for female. I do not know of any plans to manipulate nipples or create an anus in the MH interface, but it can be done in Blender (or anything else that can manipulate the mesh directly).
