Command Console set parameter?

Can I use the command console to set parameters (for example):

Set head/rot1=xx neck/rot2=yy torso/rot3=zz

If so, what is the correct syntax? And is there a complete listing of pose parameters anywhere?

If not, is there another program I should be using to input this type of script?
