Setting up Aqsis to render successfully

Postby Harp » Thu Sep 18, 2008 1:16 am

I'm running OSX 10.5.4

Ok, so I did this:
http://makewiki.aleppax.it/pmwiki/pmwik ... ntegration

...using Aqsis v 0.9.1 as instructed but when I try to render I get this message: "Error during shader compilation"

What else do I have to do?

This is an old version of Aqsis, no? But when I download Aqsis 1.4.0 here: (http://www.aqsis.org/xoops/modules/mydownloads/) it does not have the same files that the above link tells me I need to put into the Graphics folder. I can't even figure out how to install the 1.4.0 version, aside from just dragging the app into the Applications folder which doesn't seem to mean anything.

Which version of Aqsis do I need to run on Leopard with MH v0.9.0?
And after that, what do I need to build it? (I already have MacPorts and Porticus but I have no idea of the necessary files)

Any help is be greatly, greatly appreciated.
