It is not clear exactly which file you are trying to run.

It looks like you have OneDrive. MH seems to have had problems with it.

I have the same problem, and am not using onedrive. I suspect it may be something to do with OpenGL, since Blender gave me an error saying "A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required. Installing the latest driver for your graphics card might resolve the issue." the first time I opened it. I got Blender to work by putting .dll file I found online that implements OpenGL in software into the same directory as the .exe file, but the same did not seem to work for Makehuman. Maybe I will try it again.

I have the same problem and error message, and am not using onedrive. I suspect it may be something to do with OpenGL, because of the line reading "[2022-10-18 14:52:54,673] acceleratesupport.py-><module>():17 -- MESSAGE -- No OpenGL_accelerate module loaded: No module named 'OpenGL_accelerate'"
Also, Blender gave me an error saying "A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required. I got Blender to work by putting .dll file I found online that implements OpenGL in software into the same directory as the .exe file, but the same did not seem to work for Makehuman. Maybe I will try it again.

EDIT: I tried it again, and it didn't work.

I'd say it is rather random if MH will open at all if even blender complains about the OpenGL implementation.
