Being familiar with grinsegold, I think this is a result of a somewhat unorthodox sense of humor.
The asset consists of four types of files:
* mhclo: the descriptor of the clothing. This is a plain text file with a list of vertex numbers.
* mhmat: the descriptor of the material. This is a plain text file with a list of textures etc.
* obj: the mesh data. This is a plain text file with a list of vertex coordinates.
* Textures: these are png images
I don't see any attack vector which could be used to "hack" someone via these. And having looked closer at the asset in question, I see nothing strange with it. The "hacked" part is just a label in the head of the mhclo file:
- Code: Select all

In general, we do not moderate assets unless there's a copyright violation or some other legal problem.
I'd suggest sending a PM to grinsegold and ask about it. Or, as said, chalk it down to a twisted sense of humor.
