After export to Blender

When I export a model as mhx2 and open in Blender it seems that that the armature/bones are present, but I can't seem to sculpt or edit the model in Blender. If I export as an obj, I can edit and sculpt, but there's no armature. Is this correct, or am I missing something? I'd like to use the armature provided in MH and sculpt/edit the model in Blender.

When you first import with mhx2 blender is in pose mode you have to change blender mode to edit find some beginner YouTube tutorials on blender.
