Precise settings for sliders?

Is there a way to use numbers for the macro sliders, and others instead of using the sliders? I find the sliders are not precise enough! For example I want my human to be exactly 72" - it is very hard to get exactly 72" with just the slider. Thank you.

Sorry the height slider is really just a number between 0 and 1 makehuman is what is called a parametric modeller there is no mathematical relationship between 72" and the slider value.The height measurement is calculated from the final mesh not the slider at all that all said maybe we should include height on the Measure tab since it appears to be a wanted target for several users.
