Import Third Party Clothes to MH as Asset

I intend to download third party clothes and import them into MH as assets. Then apply the cloth (such as a T-shirt) to the 3D human model I created in MH workspace.

What are the restrictions and steps should I follow, such as the file formats( .obj? or else) ?

The clothes should be .obj format then imported into blender where it has to fitted to the base mesh using our blender addon makeclothes then executing the routine to create it with the addon takes care of saving the new clothes to make it usable in makehuman. Pay attention to the licence that the third party clothes carries as it can restrict where and how you use it basically it comes down to the fact that you do not own it or the rights for unlimited use.
