Is there a way to make custom poses? (stupid)

I know im probably missing something super f**king important, but i cant seem to seem to pose models, is there no way to make a custom pose? it's extremely annoying that i cant find this, and want to know if its not possible thank you (edit: i see there are bones but i dont know if those are used to pose/how to move them)

No your not stupid you have to use a full 3D modelling app to create custom poses around here we tend to prefer blender as it's free and Open source in that app you create the pose and export the pose as .bvh file which can the be placed in makehuman's poses folder so to repeat you can not create poses within makehuman BTW check our asset library the pose you need may be there is a link to it on this page's header "Assets" there is also a how to create poses explanation which you can see on our wiki the link to it is also in the header under "Docs & FAQ"

Wait but then what do i import the the base model that i want to pose as...? im sorry i dont rly know how to use blender, im pretty new to 3D modeling lol (edit: nvm)

when i export on blender it doenst save, it reverts i dont get it... wth (edit:1) its still doing this, i cant do anything, it just goes to T-pose every time...

When you finish posing your model you have to save it by hitting the space key on your keyboard and then choose the option "insert keyframe-->whole character"
