laptop shows clothes off color

I tryed to use my laptop for makehuman but some of the hair and some of the clothes shows up with no diffinition and neon colors my dell desktop does it to what is wrong with my systems please

OpenGL issues, sorry. It's a mixture of bugs in MakeHuman 1.1. problematic hardware and bad support by drivers. We try to fix some of the bugs in the development branch, though there is no guarantee things will work with the new branch. You can try using the no-shaders-option. More information in the docs.
