Creating a character model

Hi,
I want create character model to game but I can't create clothes in Blender. Blender haven't option import makehuman files. How can I create t-shirt with logo which I have in other file as photo?

For the t-shirt: export DredNicholson's camouflage T-Shirt

then my additional material:

And change the texture with the duck to something you like. Use GIMP, photoshop, whatever you want.
