Ok sorry I have never done anything like this and I'm very interested in being able to do this but I have no clue where to even start I'm not tech savvy at all HELPPPP

Your post is a very good example for a post that gets no reply. Why? I don't even know where to start to help you. What about asking a specific questions? No need to hesitate, Anyone of us was a noob a few years back.

As wolgade said how can we help if we do not know where on the learning curve(cliff ;) ) you are.What do want to do with makehuman would be a start? We do have some how to's check the Docs & FAC link in the forum header and have look around.
