Is that possible to get designer here to create 3D Models ? We try to get designers to create our 3D Models. The 3D models will pay by us.

You will need to be a bit more specific, as in who is 'us'. Also, what kind of model are you looking for, and especially in what software and operating system platform. I'm going to assume Unity, and a 3d model for mobile gaming.

We do for advertise only.
Need 3D models for sport people (boxing, hockey etc)
We will use (capture on clear background) for any poses of the models and place to 2D background
We just learn to use makehuman software. Maybe we will use this software to change poses only.

Makehuman does not support posing internally all posing is done in blender then the pose is exported and blender is a much better platform for rendering the final images as you have more control.

The artists also wish to know what exactly you require.
