How can we render the shadow on the ground ?

Hi all,
How can we render the shadow on the ground ?
I nees a human in isometric game and it's better we the shadow projected on the ground with the appropriate alpha channel.
Is there a way ?

This is typically done by exporting your human and creating lighting in Blender, 3DSMax, Mayz, or Cinema4d, Etc. Most MakHuman users seem to use open source Blender, in which case you will probably want to download the mhx2 plugin
