Very basic beginning tutorial

Postby chilly » Wed Jun 04, 2014 3:21 pm

Hello, need a little help with makehuman. I think the project is very easy to use for beginner, however stepping out to more advance (not using builtin hair / clothes) it gets a little frustrating. :D
1. Plugin for blender doesnt seem to work even when I install earlier blender 2.69
2. facial expression & pose only appears on MH linux, but not on MH windows (I have ticked all available tickboxes in settings > plugin)
I simply want to add custom made clothing for my model.
Felt a little desperate. Anyone can help point to a working step by step tutorial for beginner?
much appreciated. Thank you

PS. I just came to realize that I had MH 1.0.0 on linux, but 1.0.1 on windows, although I was downloading separately by the difference of mere hours.
unfortunately I cant download MH 1.0.0 though I go to this page http://download.tuxfamily.org/makehuman ... -win32.zip, probably the hosting server is having a down lapse.
aversionofreality is also working ok now. I guess you guys must be very busy right now. Keep up the good works :)

I am using the latest blender plugins for MH with blender 2.65 all the way through 2.70, it works on all of them.

There is no facial rig or expressions yet for MH. It's in development.

Look for general Blender modeling tutorials on how to model clothing.
