I had some old encyclopedias in my living room and i had found some information of the different types of ethnic looks of man. Some information may be a bit outdated but still this may be of some use for those who wish to work on ethnic targets and pay attention to details. These may not be the best scans but i tried.

These images remember me the book "Drawing the human head", by Burne Hogart. The drawings in "example of head types" chapter are very similar to the picture you have posted (maybe Hogart has worked for the encycl. editor).

Perhaps it is Burne Hogart. The name sounds familiar but have to look at the encyclopedias again. There quite old, 1959. I wish i had something more recent but new encyclopedias are kind of expensive. I may need to make a trip to the library some day soon.
