Hallo!

If you want to use blender to render your images you have to export it into an obj file.

Workflow:

1) Start MakeHuman as normal.
2) Create your human character as normal.
3) If finished press the e key. (MakeHuman now export the mesh, uv, material and behavior in three files (export.obj, export.mtl, export.bhv. LOCATION! the base directory of makehman (where the EXE or binary is located))
4) Close MakeHuman and start Blender.
5) Import the object file (export.obj) File-->Import-->Wavefront object
6) Add textures to meterial. .....
7) F12=Render

Finish!

Hi!
Well, as first thing, we support Aqsis and Pixie also :-)
About Blender, yes we like to use it as rendering engine too.
But there is a problem: Blender has not a file format!!! It's just a memory dump. It's a very bad thing for a so famous software, but it's impossible to write a blend file from an external application. So this procedure is impossible at the moment:

- export a blend file
- call Blender from command line to render it

Sorry...
