Height tool?

I'm quite intrigued not to see height in the basic tools. Did I miss something? Is this tool planned or the height could be set up in some other way?

The height can be modified scaling subparts in details-mode.
Maybe in future this tool will be added in macro-details mode. It's much more complex than a simple "scale transformation", because in real people, the different height mean different shapes and proportions...(for example, a very quick example, short people has the head proportionally bigger than tall people)...so it require a bit of time to be perfectly studied/developed.

This would be a great tool especially for designers. If not a height tool then maybe a tool which will generate a 50 percentile male or female and or a 90 percentile male or female. Check out Henry Dreyfuss' human scale.

The height tool is already in svn and ready for alpha 4. As for gender changes, do you mean something else than what the gender slider does at the moment?
