More detail sliders for the cheeks

I've started trying to model a real life face with MH and discovered some limitations that make this difficult.

The cherubic female (full prominent cheeks) seem impossible with the current setup.

As an example, Claudette Colbert:



Hopefully, some time in the near future the cheek controls will get some additions.
