Details about detailed measurements

It would be great if there were a diagram or picture that shows exactly what to measure (on a person) to match the detailed measurements. Even a tooltip or help file that says something like

"Upperleg Height is the distance from the point of the hip bone to the hinge of the knee"

or something like that (note that this is probably wrong...).

If I knew what to do I would gladly write it up or do a diagram for you. I just don't know the details.
