You could also introduce some other breast morph targets. This page is really good reading and I think you'll get a few ideas from it:

It is especially worth seeing the section on variety. Might be worth modeling several types of breasts and having them in a slider like the original nose functionality, depending on how simple you want to keep it :).

Have you considered the physics aspects of the breasts?

Specifically, one major effector for human breasts in a real environment, both in females and corpulent males, is gravity. The addition of animatable bones can be used to simulate this for both stills and animations, but it would be nice if a more elegant mechanism existed.

Yes, but this problem in not part of modelling.
It's about animation and poses (MH purpose is mainly about modelling and testing poses).
