I've made a new mesh modification for the woman's body default rig (only tested with women),
with more realistic knee bending and the whole mesh smoothed. Now it looks much better in game engines like unreal engine 4.
If you want to apply this modification to your woman's body, you have to make a character with the default rig in makehuman, import it into blender and then you can simply transfer all weights from my file into your woman's body (in blender).
For better fitting with makehuman clothing, you will have to make some automatic weight adjustments to the clothing in blender (which you will do anyway for making game ready assets).
OUTDATED --> Files have been moved to the assets area. Now it is much simpler to use.
