Fixing knee joints

This is mostly of interest for anyone generating models with body height largely deviating from the default.

I thought I'd share a possible fix here to get a bit more testing coverage, as the fix was done using a script to recalculate knee joint helper targets.

Fixed targets file (It goes into makehuman data folder, don't forget backup the original targets.npz): ... t=download
