MakeHuman textures

After some planning I want to create some nice textures for MakeHuman.
Manuel how did you the ones already in MH? I mean the wrapping into that UV layout.
I would make textures with:
4096 x 4096 pixels
2048 x 2048 pixels (down scaling from the 4096 version)
1024 x 1024 pixels (down scaling from the 4096 version)
512 x 512 pixels (down scaling from the 4096 version)
A male and a female version.
So it should fit for the different using.
