Somebody remember the process ?

to start the wig modeling in Blender for bring it in Makehuman.

Sorry but my memory failed to find out where I saw the process to make wig, is sth like shoot some strand and put this image on unwrap strip of meshe, then copy/paste this strip to build a wig...

I think some of you have this link in their head, mine have a hole... :)

In order to create a wig that can be used in Makehuman, you need a mesh. Particle hair wigs won't import into MH.

My approach is to start by creating a 'bathing cap' from the MH mesh. Simply select the faces on the top of the head that you want, duplicate and separate.

Then create a 'scalp' vertex group before you go any farther. This makes UV unwrapping much easier.
After that, select all the 'bathing cap' mesh and solidify. Assign a new vertex group to this part of the mesh and call it 'wig'.

From here, you can now extrude or sculpt any kind of hair style that you want, and it will import into MH.

I think brkurt has a few assets in contribution section that, while not looking very fancy as is, can serve as a good starting point for making a hair. Try to look at those too.

Yes, I will learn from the UCA, I was thinking about a workflow that I have seen one day but impossible to remember where for now.
May be that was a video who teach about... or maybe that was about Hairnet addon in Blender, some of you did use it ?
