possible sub board or standard subject format??

Given that there are a few ideas for assets in the hands of folks that do not have the skills to make them maybe we could either have a subboard (Asset Requests) or a way to structure a subject so that somebody could pick it up and have a go at making it.

(the last bit is if said person will put up funds for the item)
