The choice of what, if I may ask?

Yeah, I kind of wondered that too. :-)

I have been involved in Open source development for about 10 years now so it's referencing choice of free software.

I have to admit, outside certain very particular contests it looks like mockery or bitter sarcasm. Sadly, the amount of choice in Free Software still leaves a lot to be desired.

So it's a quixotic quest so why not dream big.

Thanks Loki for the hint. Changed the names of the textures, including those inside the mHmat-file of course. It's good to have someone less clueless than me around to watch over the things i release. I would like to have a copy of you here on my shelf. So handy to know what one does with his pc. Maybe one day you explane me why i can't log in as root while i'm in a guest session in linux, to start with. No, no, that was no help request. But actually there's something you can do for me and for all the other clueless: Someone seemed to have similar export problems with my corset. But the texture's name doesn't seem to be the problem. Any idea?

It's the opposite - there's nothing more to gain from than being forced to do it the hard way.

The guest user is most likely not listed in /etc/sudoers. :-)

(just a guess, not knowing what your system looks like)

The corset works for me via MHX.

If there's a log output showing what the error is, I might be able to provide some input. But from the comment on the upload, all the info available is that it "does not export out of MakeHuman using MHX2". Which isn't enough to go on.

I have used the mhx2 export on the corset and it works for me as well apart from some breast showing thru the model I used needs the corset big time ;) so will have to move some vertexes in blender.

Yeah, I just wrote a hint about that: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=13022
