Download the assets_base_1_0b.zip. Unzip the file and copy the content of the generated folders ( e.g. clothes, ... , litpheres, ...) to the corresponding folders in *USER*/makehuman/v1/data/ . At least you should copy the clothes and litspheres folders. This worked for me.

Where can I get this file? It's not on https://bitbucket.org/mh_clothing at the very least.
