Add new measures

Dear MakeHuman Developers!

I am part of a team that designes and produces special clothing for burn patients. We are trying now to develop new software that allows using body measurements to create clothing models. Your software was a great discovery for us for designing clothes for torso, because there are as many measurements as standards asks, but, for instance, using your software we cann't do clothes for arms, legs or heads. We'd be very happy if you'll add some measurements in your software. Is it possible?
