MakeClothes Tutorial Series

Postby SaltyCowdawg » Sun Oct 05, 2014 8:32 pm

I've begun putting together a tutorial series for beginners struggling to work out how to use MakeClothes. The tutorial is http://3d-art.berghold.net/?page_id=115

I'm interested in feed back and/or corrections to the content. Thanks in advance.

Great initiative :-)

For various reasons, it's likely I'll have some time to stay put and not move somewhere during mid/end of this week. If able, I'll read this more thorougly.

Yes, I'm going to use this tutorial, to enter my 'Military Poncho, Cargo Pants' model mesh into the Makehuman library.

What I would like from you is a link to an actual military figure wearing a poncho, so that I can detail my model.

Fair trade? ;)

Hello Salty...

I'm a bit swamped right now, as my students have just discovered that they are now attending a university (this usually happens after the first midterm). :o

So...could you run my Beach Poncho through your Make Clothes tutorial? The poncho object is on Layer 20. :geek:

I'm going to be doing a lot more clothing designs, now that this one animates as well as it does.

But I'm locked down until the first week of November, and I think a lot of people would like a poncho. :)
