It has been a while since I have actually tried, but there is no reason that the Windows version will not run on Windows 7 as well as Windows 10. It even runs on Windows XP and Vista, and Windows 8, I think.
Perhaps you are concerned that the Windows version says 32-bit. Not to worry, this runs fine on 64-bit machines as well. It's just 64-bit code that won't run on 32-bit machines. Give it a try.
