Rendering does not produce an image

Hello all this is my first post. Very impressed by makehuman and thank you very much for developing such a cool program. I do, however, have a problem when rendering. I'm running your RC on Vista 64 Ultimate, and Aqsis version 1.4.2. Both installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)". When I hit the "rendering preview" button a blank (no image just a black screen) is rendered. The ouput from the console is included below:

Have you set the path for Aqsis from MH's command line?
Please read the quickstart.

Yes. I have done:

aqs c:\program files (x86)\aqsis

and the path is set successfully (at least that's what the console says). It is definitely finding the executable because it launches piqsl.exe. The problem is that the image that is rendered is simply a blank (completely black) image.

Maybe the problem lies in the spaces in the path name. Preview works fine for me. You may try installing aqsis in some folder path with a 8.3 format.

I have this exact same problem on Vista 32. Did the last offered solution work? DOes anybody have advice on this?

My console output is exaclty the same, including the two strange errors.

I just tried re-installing Aqsis in another folder and still no luck. Makehuman acts like it communicates with Aqsis in the dialog box, but the render is blank.
