To transfer poses from MH to the Blender pose library

Here's the problem. I have a rig in Blender with the pose I want. And there is a rig with a body in a neutral pose (pose A). If you go into pose mode, select the bone from the rig in a neutral pose, and apply a transformation on the bone from the rig in the target pose, the bone will take the desired position. Everything is fine. Now this needs to be repeated with all bones (100+).

Question: can I apply the transformation to all bones at once? So that I don't have to deal with all the bones one by one. The names of the bones and their number are the same.
