When configuring MH source on Linux it looks for pthreads, and doesn't find it. I've been scouring the net and synaptic for 20 mins and can't turn up pthreads anywhere. I found a thread on the ubuntu forums which suggests pthreads are installed with g++, but I have g++. So I guess that isn't it.

I'm at a loss. Where does one find pthreads?

and the answer is, it is not needed.
