Can't launch installer 1.2.0

Hi! I'm new, Each time that I try install the version 1.2.0, pop up a window with an nsis.sf.net/nsis_error
It´s my pc or the installer?

Thx for being helpful @woodcat but a caveat on the virus scans lots of Open Source programs are tagged as having a virus as the publisher is taken as untrustworthy which can be very confusing for non computer nerds
