more bizarro behavior with the MH for Blender import plugin

Postby SaltyCowdawg » Thu Dec 26, 2019 5:53 pm

Have a mesh that I was able to import before to Blender using the Blender MH import plugin. Spills it guts now on the same model so I have attached a zip file with logs and a copy of the model.

Not sure what's going on here. To try and narrow it down some I went ahead and tried other meshes with the same proxy, clothes, hair, etc and only Kirsten seems to have a problem being imported.

Interesting. I'll have to take a closer look at this when I get home next week.

The problem seems to be the proxy (female_muscular_simplified_genitals). Using another proxy solves the problem. I can't really see what's wrong with it though.

Are you sure you've managed to import a character with this proxy before?

Multiple times. She's been my testbed for learning how to make (comb) particle hair. I've imported her, thrown the blender file away, reimported her MANY times. Sometimes with posing changes in-between. Sometimes with changes of clothes. My last attempt I eliminated all clothes.

I'll try a different proxy and see what happens next. I like the shoulder definition of the proxy I was using though... :-(
