Player Character crouching when using animator / IK in unity

You don't say how you moved your char to Unity, but I should at least ask whether you checked "feet on ground" during export from MH.

I exported from makehuman directly to unity this time but regardless of if "Feet on ground" is checked or not the player still does the crouching thing. I also used the "Game Engine" rig option.
