Problem with the color

Hello everyone,
For the first time today I have downloaded various accessories in the assets of the forum. I think I had everything right at Makehuman inserted. Nevertheless, I have the problem with some parts that the color is not displayed correctly. As an example I selected Harvey Paintbootsv1 and Elvs male flat cap1 in the picture.
Can someone tell me where the problem lies?

Those ugly orange stripes if you look closely say can not find texture so did you download the texture files and if so are they in the right place with the right names you can check with the materials editor on the Utilities tab though you may have to enable that under the Settings-->plugins

Hello, sorry, I do not quite understand it. The png or jpg is the texture file? This must be in the same directory as the Makehuman files? So under example: C: User / Name / Documents / makehuman / v1 / data / clothes / helmets? And in this sample directory, must all files be included?
Is that correct?

Yes texture files can be .png or .jpg And yes again though the folder name should be the exact name of the asset no sub-folders each one is separate and all of the files for the asset go in the same folder.After all computers do exactly what you tell them to do the trick is figuring out what to say If you still have questions just post here will try to answer till you get it to work.

Hello, I have found out now. that some things can be in their own subfolder so that everything is properly displayed. Everything else works only if everything is inserted under the folder Clothes.

Now I still have a problem with the forum. Why am I not getting an email notification when someone answers or writes on my post?
