Poses (Solaris)

Postby Sergio » Tue Jul 27, 2010 6:27 pm

HI all,

After learning the availables features from my actual SVN-MH (two weeks), i can say that i have all full working, including Aqsis rendering with the libs-hairs, beautiful 2.49-MHX direct from the Blender import window, etc.

Only trying the poses, even with a little cursor displacement i get no movement and something like this on the console :

SAMPLES USED
data/targets/poseengine/female-young/right-shoulder/test_rot/0_0_0 0
data/targets/poseengine/female-young/right-shoulder/test_rot/0_0_0 0

Is that normal for the moment (feature in progress), or can i try some investigations to understand what i missed ?

My conf :

Python-2.5.1,
Glew-1.5.4,
SDL-1.2.13,
SDL_image-1.2.7 (1.2.8 for a reason won't load the PNGs) with Libiconv-1.9.2.

It's normal. Poses is being actively worked on, so often it won't work at all :).

Hi all,

OK, now with the 1232 i have the pose features full working, including the test.

If anyone is interested, i can provide the Makefiles for Solaris (Sun compilers cc/CC and GNU compilers gcc/g++), but i think that it's not very useful, assuming that the translation from the Makefile.linux is very easy for any Solaris user.

Cheers,

Sergio

Doesn't the scons script work on solaris?

Hi mflerackers,

Probably, but when a Makefile is available... It's in all cases the easiest way, right ? :D

I wouldn't know, I use project files and solutions in Visual Studio :).
