Graphical selectors (Load, Hair...) not working

Somewhere between 1073 and 1097, the "Load" and "Hair" menus have stopped working: they only display a single element so you can't change to the previous/next one.
Can anybody confirm this? Doesn't seem to have to do with the new GLEW dependency since that one was already there before the problem appeared.
