Hair is rendered but not the rest (body, ...)

Ok I have the problem that the hair is rendered well in Aqsis but the rest including the body is not rendered.

The lightmap is renderred well.

I use the Subversion Revision r623.

Here is the log message from the terminal:

This is a known problem. The mesh that MH generates seems to have some non-manifold information, however, in a more recent version of Aqsis we have modified the code to fixup the mesh at runtime, rather than cause an error. The best solution would be to get a newer version of Aqsis, 1.6.0 is the latest.

The mesh used in MH has some "non-manifold" because there are different open pieces (see image attached), but I've never notice of problems because this, even with early Aqsis.

@Nadow: can you post more from the rendering log? And maybe an image of results?

I had the same issue where the hair would render but not the body.
If you are using Ubuntu check out the post i wrote to help.

Ultimately upgrading to Aqsis 1.6 and recompiling the shaders is what resolved the issue.

There's an aqsis ppa repository: https://launchpad.net/~aqsisteam/+archive/ppa - read instructions there
(uninstall aqsis before installing the 1.6 version)
