It is another option altogether to try twinmotion with unreal engine or even unreal engine alone, and use their library of free assets. That said learning blender is a plus for you as modeling and asset creation along with many other usages will help you in so many ways too. I have no experience with sketch, but have done a lot of rendering in both blender and unreal engine.
