Apply targets/shape keys to proxies.

Hello,
in this tutorial, I notice that when creating the rig, the "model" menu disappears, which is coherent because the rig could certainly act in an unexpected way with a too distorted mesh.
However, some target sliders could, for some, modify the proxy mesh. Also, some sliders which has low impact on the mesh could still be useful afterwards.
Could we force some target sliders to stay on even after the framework is created and topology assets are added?

I was wrong, it's not after rigging that the «model» menu disappears (you simply need to select again the mesh, as the armature is selected instead, to reactivate it) but after applying a topology asset.

This issue seems related somehow
https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/issues/76

This issue helped me understand how to apply targets to proxy meshes :D
