Custom Pain Expression

Hi all, I'm looking for a custom expression that combines the crossed eyes from this 'puke' face by CallHarvey: http://www.makehumancommunity.org/content/sick.html

with an 'ooo' open mouth (as though the character has taken a particularly painful hit.)

Also, since I've been using MH for years and am new to the forum, just want to thank the community for all of the fantastic assets they've selflessly crafted--truly a boon.
