Teeth Tongue Roughness and Normal Textures

MakeHuman ships with diffuse textures for the tongue and teeth, but not roughness or normal textures. Does anyone know where I can find textures for these that work with the default MakeHuman UV maps? License for commercial use preferably.

To my knowledge, no such maps exist. They shouldn't be all that complicated to create, but I haven't seen anyone mention any.

I was able to generate roughness, normal, and bump maps using bitmap2material.
