If you take a look at what different designs for high heels are out there in real world, with so many designs showing at least parts of the foot and toes, i can't agree that. In my eyes the goal should be to have the shoe decently parented to shin, foot and toes, with the least possible amount of delete-groups in order to be able to create high heel sandals.
