Just curious as to how you managed to get the horn and the demon-looking face?

If you did it in makehuman I would love to know how you managed that

but is the answer that you used another program like Poser to morph the "human"?

I created the demon head with maketarget. This is a python script to run in blender. It allows you to create morphs that you can use in Makehuman. It was then posed and rendered in makehuman.

I checked out your website. What 3D software are you using?

As I said, I use Blender. Blender is a full featured program, and its free, but it has a very high learning curve. You'll get frustrated the first times you use it but there are a lot of tutorals and support available. So if you stick with it for a couple of years you can learn to do some impressive stuff with blender.
