Very good.
Something is still unnatural in the shoulder/pectoral zone, but I like the improvements, in particular the upper legs muscle.
Do you think it's possible to extract a displacement map?

Thanks. I hope that it is possible. I was planning to "bake" normal map with Blender but still needs to fix details, study some anatomy, add not too much definition of muscle, the veins, etc. I will use tutorial from beginning of this post.
I also have Sculptris Alpha 6, but I have no experience with that software.
