Yes indeed! not only that, but you can, at will, by spell (or admin mode if they want to bypass the RPG aspect of if) change the appearance of any character you encounter.

I sincerely hope i can get a piece of that pie.
I am using Unity.
I spent many years Trying to get Unreal to work for me, but it was just to big of an undertaking. basically requires a small team at minimum, or Way more time than i have.I was able to accomplish more in Unity in a short time than i was able to do in Unreal over many years.
Seems many people assume that Unity is not capable of decent visuals.. Those people are simply not familiar with Unity. I can even do DX12 and Raytracing, if i desired. Or even just Real-time lighting and shadows with out any fancy raytracing.
I have already successfully test implemented most of the systems that i will be using. for example, Blendshape Baking, Clothing changing with model Culling (actual baked geometry culling, not just a non-efficient transparency). Lipsync with advanced Visemes/Phonemes. a custom MH skeleton with new Weight painting and strategic bones to fix common distortion issues when the characters are animated beyond the usual small range of motion (Not used in the concepts above). etc
