Agatha Carnelli goes to the show;
Coice & Foice by Pedro Artur and João Bandarra at http://www.flembaz.com/

The music can be listened to at;

I'm not in any way associated with the original art.

Agatha has a new upper lip shape which I really like.

I've tried to approximate such a shape in MH before, only to fail. Did you do it with sliders or did you do it in post-processing? Any hints? ;)

Try setting "Cupid's bow shape" to max and "upper lip curved shape" to min.

Theres no change in the model. Her lips have always had kind of an unusual shape. Its a little bit too extreme for me, but I was working off a real reference image, so I decided to go with it. The reason its so much more pronounced in this shot seems to be the camera angle and the pose. Shes kinda squinting and pursing her lips, which exaggerates the shape.
I'm looking at the mouth targets in Make Human and this is how I did it.

    Mouth Size -> Scale Horizontally -> Down
    Mouth Size Details -> Scale Upper Lip Height -> Up
    Mouth Size Details -> Cupid's Bow Width -> Down
    Mouth Features -> Lower Lip Curved Shape -> Down
    Mouth Features -> Scale Philtrum Volume -> Up
    Mouth Features -> Scale Upper Lip Volume -> Up
    Mouth Features -> Scale Middle Upper Lip -> Up
    Mouth Features -> Cupid's Bow Shape -> Up
    Upper Lip Curved Shape would probably help as well, but I didn't change it for this model.

Please note that all of these sliders build on each other. You need to be conservative.
